There is no time like the present and getting started with Hablamos Spanish is easy! To get started, simply read the information below and follow our 10 simple steps.
Getting started
To begin lessons with Hablamos Spanish, please ensure that you follow these 10 simple steps:
1. Have a Skype and/or Gmail account (Gmail is used for accessing lesson resources through Google docs)
2. Have access to a computer with a microphone, speaker, webcam and strong internet connection (unlimited data recommended)
3. Complete the Free Trial Form
4. Undertake your free trial
5. Choose a lesson plan
6. Complete and submit the online Enrolment Form
7. Make the payment
8. Wait for your enrolment confirmation
9. Open Skype and/or Gmail and be ready for your lesson 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
10. Enjoy!
Free trial
Before commiting to a lesson plan, we encourage you to take advantage of our 30 minute free trial lesson. To undertake the free trial lesson, simply complete the Free Trial Form.
Lesson plans
Private online Spanish lessons with Hablamos Spanish offer you great value for money compared to traditional group lessons.
If you decide to continue after your free trial (we know you will!), every 55 minute lesson costs between USD$15.00 and USD$17.00 depending on the number of lessons that you take per week. Choose from one of the following three lesson plans:
1 lesson per week - USD$170 for 10 lessons
2 lessons per week - USD$160 for 10 lessons
3 lessons per week - USD$150 for 10 lessons
Please note that a lesson plan (i.e. 10 lessons), must be paid for in full at least 48 hours prior to your first class.
If you would like to pay for more than 10 lessons at a time, this is also possible.
Payments
Lesson plan payments are processed with PayPal. PayPal accepts payments via debit or credit cards, or using a PayPal account.
Please note that lesson plan payments must be made in US dollars due to the international nature of our service.
Change and cancellation policy
Once arranged, you will have your lessons according to the lesson plan and schedule that you choose. However, if you need to change the time or day of your lesson, please email us as soon as possible (with at least 24 hours notice) to arrange the changes.
Should you require, you can also cancel a lesson, however we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice, so that we can arrange our schedule. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the lesson.
Please note that lessons paid for are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
